Make a post. If you are posting a vid from youtube they will have an imbed code to the right of their video. Just cut and paste.
But there's a button on the create a post page that says insert video if you want to put something of your own on.

I KNEW BJ DIDNT KNO HOW!!! wehn i made a blog with vids embeded in it of my kitten isabella, bj said "wow u really dont have a life, do u?" or somthing like that, and i said "ur jus jealous that udk how to embed vids" and he goes "i do, i just dont want to" and this was a while ago so I KNEW IT!
